Worried Citezen? Or should that be Worried Citizen
Do not cook this recipe, you don't like it! & why did you cook baby lambs when you don't agree with lambs being killed?
For goodness sake find yourself something, anything, productive and useful to do and say so your mind is occupied with some thing worth while. I find it incredulous that some one has so little to do that they scour the internet looking for an argument. I found your comments unnecessary and ridiculous; it would put off any unsuspecting person from sharing a recipe in the future, but I hope it doesn't.
Lamb or any meat cooked until it fell off the bone could not cause any one to vomit unless they hated the taste (so don’t cook it again) or the meat was 'off' to start with in which cause it should be thrown away.
                  Get real please!
& to who ever shared this recipe – don’t let people like this put you off sharing in the future – no one has to cook it.
Ps this is the 1st and last time I look on the general internet for a recipe – life is too short to spend it arguing with people who have nothing better to do so I felt duty bound to comment this once!

I really like the coffee at Dead Man, pretty top notch and surprisingly cheap for the more expensive stuff. Have you seen the backseat baristas blog? Check it out, http://backseatbaristas.wordpress.com/

I'm just learning how to cook so any tips are great... I love pork, especially the crackling...

I heard that pouring boiling hot water over the rind, then paper-toweling the moisture off, is a good way to get nice crackling. It causes the skin to tighten and makes scoring and salting easier.

Anyway, Happy Crackling!!!

I am about to embark on a coffee trawl through Melbourne (nothign formal, just as and when I get to it) and Dean Man will definitely be on the list. Food does seem a bit rich for me though.

Agnes, it's on the light rail tram stop side, just at the entrance to the food court, and near the greek butcher and chocolate shop. I suppose you'd call it the top of the deli section.

What sort of better food are you looking for Penny? For breakfast you can try Cafe Bastille that's on Clarendon. Other than Dead Man and St Ali otherwise we normally go a bit farther affield. Miss Jackson and Outpost aren't too far to go. (I absolutely love the menu at Outpost)

Wow, I didn't get emailed about these comments for some reason :(

I hadn't really thought about it, but the portions are a little small. It's super rich food though so it kind of makes up for it.

Yeah Penny, I live up in Middle Park, just around the corner from the Middle Park shops.
